The Christmas ornaments we made were made using 1 cup cinnamon and 3/4 - 1 cup applesauce. Mix well and roll out with a rolling pin. Make the shapes with cookie cutters. Make a hole to add ribbon to hang. Air dry - flipping to dry evenly or you can bake in the oven on your lowest setting for an hour or two. Just make sure you flip them over so they dry evenly.
They smell wonderful and they last for a couple of years!
